Here are some answers to commonly asked questions when it comes to hiring a Virtual Assistant.
Is there a limit to how many VAs I can hire?
Though you can hire as many as you want, we recommend consulting with us first to make sure you are getting the most out of your current VA. Then if your current VA is fully booked with a fair amount of weekly work, then we can recommend adding another VA. Remember the whole point of hiring a VA is to free up your time and off-load tasks. On rare occasions, we have worked with business owners who require a full team of VAs that specialize in various skillsets. (i.e., Graphic Design, Web Maintenance & Support, Cold Calling & Lead Generation, Booking Coordinators, etc.)
How do I pay my VA or manage payroll?
At Verified Virtual, you don’t have to worry about managing payroll, or off-shore transactions, or bank deposits, as we fully manage their payroll including their year-end 13th-month bonuses which are required by PA. You only need to pay our company your flat monthly rate and we take care of everything else.
How do I know my VA is working?
You can find solace that your VA will not only report to you on a daily basis, but they will also report to us via Check-ins/outs daily. We also use time geo-fenced tracking and screenshot software to help keep team members honest and productive. We will always know the workload of your VA, and if they are getting maxed out, this helps us know when to recommend another VA to divide up the workload so that you can keep growing your business as fast as you need.
What do you mean by VA Skill Classification Type?
We have select “Skill Classification Types”, as not all VAs are the same. We run personality and skill assessments on all our VAs and know what work they are comfortable with performing and what group of VAs they will fall under. For example, there are General Administration VAs, Graphic Design & Social Media VAs, Lead Generation & Voice VAs, Website Maintenance & Support VAs, Video VAs, etc.) We help to identify what your needs are and then align you with the right Virtual Assistant that fits your business and culture.
Where do I go if I have support questions?
If you have questions about hiring a VA, billing questions, updating your payment records, or general support questions you can reach out to us at support@verifiedvirtual.com | If you have already hired and are working with a VA, you can reach out to them directly and they can pass along any questions you may give when we do our check-ins.
How do I know my VA is working?
Nope, we don’t lock you into yearlong contracts or anything like that. We do have an initial requirement that you give your VA time to learn your business and needs and give them a chance to work hard for you. For this we ask for a minimum of 90 days’ probationary term, then we switch to a month-to-month agreement. This ensures that we only work with employers who are serious about growing their business, and this protects our reputation with the VAs we hire, as our VAs put many hours of their free time into training prior to being placed with an Employer. A true win-win-win for all involved.
